As the world struggles to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have two main priorities: caring for the health and safety of our BOXX employees, their families, and our communities, and doing all we can to take care of the needs of our customers and partners. I know our performance specialists have been in regular contact with you, but I am personally reaching out to let you know what we are doing to put our customers and employees at the forefront.

We have taken a number of proactive actions throughout our workstation, storage, and cloud service businesses – including sanitizing our facilities, implementing work from home policies for employees where possible, placing a hold on all business travel, instituting safe-distance practices, and canceling events in favor of virtual options.

At BOXX, we clearly recognize that you have heightened needs for technology solutions during this challenging time, so we’re striving to meet these needs and provide you with the best computing experience possible. This focus comes from a fundamental belief that by putting the best technology in the hands of creative professionals, we will be better able to address the near-term challenges the virus has created and position us for an even better future. To that end, we are:

  • Leveraging our global supply chain and working closely with suppliers and partners to continue delivering products and services for our customers.
  • Currently shipping within expected lead times. Our executive leadership team is working to expedite business critical computing programs for our customers.
  • Our purchasing organization became aware of potential shortages due to the virus back in January, so we built contingency plans for business continuity.
  • Extending our virtual tools so customers and partners are getting what they need in order to meet technology requirements. These tools will ensure that up-to-date information is visible to customers, partners, and our own sales people throughout the order process.
