About the Role

As BOXX's Product Line Manager you will be responsible for leading BOXX’s hardware product development across our workstation and server products. This includes defining and prioritizing product requirements, creating roadmaps that account for suppliers’ release schedules, and working with teams across our hardware business to execute on your plans. In addition, you will be the lead advocate for our hardware customers within BOXX.

What You'll Do

Become an expert on BOXX’s hardware customers and be their voice within BOXX.

•          Interview and survey customers and potential customers at all scales, in all segments.
•          Work with internal teams to capture and act on their customer knowledge.
•          Collect and analyze data to develop customer insights.

Own the roadmaps for all of BOXX’s Workstation and Server Products.

•          Define requirements for new products and new features for existing products.
•          Work with suppliers and technical leadership to develop and maintain roadmaps and schedules.
•          Work with our engineering and operations teams to execute on your plans.

Be a member of BOXX’s hardware leadership team.

•          Develop ideas and requirements for new hardware products and features.
•          Participate in the development of hardware business strategy.
•          Contribute to defining hardware business goals and metrics.
•          Reinforce BOXX’s positive culture throughout the organization.

 Required

•          Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
•          5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Line Manager or similar position within the field of computer PC, workstation or server manufacturing and development.

You

•          Have a strong technical background with excellent quantitative skills.
•          Were the main product manager for a product that combined hardware and software.
•          Have worked on products involving computer hardware.
•          Ask and answer insightful questions through data collection and analysis.
•          Build strong relationships across your entire organization.
•          Listen carefully and understand deeply.

Nice-To-Have

•          Experience with servers, storage, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud computing.
